Hi, I’m Zvjezdana, an experienced People and Culture professional with a multilingual and multicultural skillset who has successfully built programs and processes from scratch, across Early Talent, fast-growth Hiring, business-driven People Ops and Employee Experience.
I, and the teams I’ve led, have interviewed and guided hundreds of candidates across a number of roles from Software Engineering, Data, Product, Sales, CRM, Quality, to Operations and from graduate to C-level seniority.
